RavenDB Ltd. Officially Replaces Hibernating Rhinos Ltd. as Company Name in Israel

Hadera, Israel, August 6, 2025, RavenDB, the developer behind the high-performance NoSQL document database used by thousands of organizations worldwide, today announced that its Israeli headquarters has officially changed its legal business name from “Hibernating Rhinos Ltd.” to “RavenDB Ltd.,” effective August 3, 2025.

This name change brings the Israeli entity into full alignment with RavenDB’s global structure. The company’s U.S. and European operations already operate under the names “RavenDB Inc.” and “RavenDB Europe Ltd.,” respectively. The update simplifies the legal structure and unifies the RavenDB brand across all regions.
